After growing up in Northeast Arkansas, Whitney ventured to the University of Central Arkansas where she received her bachelors degree. She then came back home to invest in the community she loved. Looking for an avenue where she could be her loud, energetic, and on-the-go self, she quickly realized that real estate was an incredible way to help others achieve their goals and be herself. In 2015 she became a Graduate of the Realtor Institute and received her Brokers license in 2017. Felty specializes in marketing homes, both for her clients and her fellow agents. Although her passion is marketing homes to their highest extent, her second love is first time home buyers. “I feel such a deep need to teach the public how to protect themselves when buying and selling in real estate.
