and 6 years in the insurance industry as a casualty claims adjuster, with license in over
7 states. Mimi is the daughter of Nippy and Nancy Mangrum and was born and raised
in Paragould. Mimi learned early on about the importance of relationships, service to
your community and community involvement. Mimi was a member of Junior Auxiliary of
Paragould for 6 years, where she served as President and was passionate about the
backpack program. Mimi was a member of NALS, the association for legal
professionals, where she served on their National Board of Directors. Mimi is
passionate about building relationships and helping others reach their goals.
Mimi is married to Chad Pace and they have one child, Barrett. When she is not
working, Mimi is attending sporting events supporting her son or headed to a Razorback
