Award winning Broker/Owner–Brooksie Felty Hartness obtained her Real Estate sales person license from Kelton Real Estate Schools in 1993 when she was 19 years old. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in Communications with Emphasis in Public Relations and a minor in Sociology in 2003 and received her Brokers license in 2007. Brooksie sold more than 16 million dollars in Commercial Real Estate in the Northeast Arkansas market in her first year as a commercial broker and was promoted to Vice President of Brokerage for Burrow Halsey Realty Group. She opened IMAGE Realty in March of 2009, where she is the Principal broker and Owner. She is a certified residential specialist (CRS), a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), a seller representative specialist (SRS) and a Graduate of the Leadership programs in Greene County and Arkasnas Realtors Association (GRLA). Brooksie has been named Woman of the Year by the Paragould Daily Press in 2009. She also owns Double Trouble Investments LLC and has built and remodeled over 70 houses and multiple shopping centers locally since 1995. Brooksie is married to Richard hartness Jr. and they have five children, Ross, Adam, Ryan, Nathan, and Whitney-A Broker and the Marketing Specialist at Image Realty. Her most recent accomplishment is obtaining her Florida broker's license!
